NoTile Hygienic Panel Specification

Tile Sizes

There are three current styles of panels, one using 150mm x 150mm tiles, another using 200mm x 200mm tiles and one using 330mm x 250mm tiles. The panels can be manufactured in any RAL colour but please note that the grout line will share the same colour.

Fitting

The panels are attached to the wall using a grab adhesive. CFM Ltd will recommend and supply an approved adhesive.

Joining

The panels can be joined using strips, however, CFM Ltd recommend a preferred method - using the same gelcoat used in top layer of the panels, this also contains BioCoteŽ We will supply sufficient materials to join the panels.

The joining kit will include:

anti microbial
  • Latex Gloves
  • Gelcoat
  • Catalyst
  • Brushes
  • Masking Tape
  • Cloths
  • Acetone
  • Health and Safety Notes
